We maintain an extensive network across the primary production regions of Michoacán, bolstered by a robust sourcing infrastructure in Jalisco. This strategic presence allows us to guarantee a consistent, year-round supply of avocados for both domestic and international markets.
Qualities
Class A Avocado. Includes healthy fruit, which has no defects in the overall appearance of the product, its quality, state of preservation and presentation in the packaging.
Class B Avocado. Includes fruit with minor defects between 4 and 20 percent damage to the surface of the product, but without affecting its pulp, depending on the customer's requirements.
Processing Avocado. Fruit intended for the production of industrial by-products. Includes avocados weighing over 100 milligrams, with damage to the peel but without affecting the pulp, caused mainly by pathogens, climatic and mechanical agents.
